Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within five days of you placing the order using USPS. Embroidery items will take longer, as much as two weeks, on average. The typical shipping time frame is between 14 to 21 business days for non-embroidery items and up to five weeks for embroidery apparel. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal or clearance delays on the delivery end of the shipment.
